My Jaywalkers with short-row heels. Knit in Cherry Tree Hill Supersock Potluck in Jewel. I love these socks and they get the Elvis seal of approval!
Handspun yarn for *my* Secret Pal. 100% wool handpainted roving from Creative Fibers, handspun and navajo plied. I love how it turned out, this picture doesn’t do it justice at all. Hopefully she’ll post a better picture of it when she gets the package and I can direct you over to her blog to see it. I had so much fun spinning this, and especially enjoyed plying it. I love navajo plying and I LOVE the results of that technique.

Your handspun looks great! I’m afraid I haven’t gotten navajo plying down just yet. My attempts have been terrible over-plied so far
That is something I will have to try again sometime soon though! Your secret pal will be one lucky recipient!

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You ! I could say it a thousand times and it would not be enough. My package arrived today. I will not post until Sunday at the earliest but wanted you to know that I love the yarn, coffee and needles! I will have to find a special pattern just for my new yarn. I am going to settle in here and read away on my new found friend in the knitting world
