I only have pictures of spinning stuff today, as the pictures I took of all the knits look terrible and will have to wait until the sun comes out again. I hope that’ll be soon…

What I did last night - 5 batts, about 2/3 of the CVM
The uncarded CVM - I think the colors are absolutely stunning!

Corriedale x Lincoln fleece from Shepherd’s Choice
The last four fleeces pictured were shipped off to Morning Sun Fiber Barn today. I was expecting shipping to be more than it was, but then I overestimated the weight of the box by almost 100%. I hope they get it carded up and sent back to me soon, I’m itching to dig my fingers into the brown Shetland and the Corriedale x Lincoln!
I’m hoping to get the rest of the CVM carded up tonight and then get started on spinning it. I think it’s only going to need the one pass through the drum carder - it’s a lovely fleece and I can see it going on my favorites list. Of course, while I’ve got the carder out I *may* start playing around with blending. We’ll have to see…
